DataGrid offers "off the shelf " and custom GPS/GNSS systems, hardware/software/packages and fully integrated cadastral and GIS solutions. You can also get a system bundled with Land Management planning, training and more. DataGrid systems are versatile. Most systems fit in several traditional categories or can be easily reconfigured to do so.

Which system is right for you?

RTK systems can reach centimeter-range accuracy in real time depending on conditions, the reference data and base line distance. They are capable of state-of-the-art geodetic accuracy in postprocessing. RTK systems are typically used with a wireless link to your own base (radio, GSM, etc..) or a link to a VRS (Virtual Reference Station) service provider on the internet. They are suitable for Cadastral and Geodetic surveys. Our systems are designed from the start for High Precision GIS.

GPSs receivers with SBAS-accuracy in real-time can yield positions in the few meter range and and can yield centimeter level in postprocessing depending on the conditions and processing settings. They are typically used for monitoring, GIS, and as affordable survey systems.

Dedicated base stations are suitable as for example CORS stations. Most of our receivers can also be set up as a temporary basestation.

Timing receivers use the same DGRx series high precision receivers as the RTK systems and CORS stations but have optimized firmware/software for timing applications.

RTK systems - cm accuracy real time
Chameleon: Real Time Kinematic RTK for the professional user demanding highest possible accuracy in real time. Includes High Precision GIS. All data can be stored in non volatile internal memory for safe keeping or postprocessing should you need geodetic accuracy.

Postprocessing - cm accuracy. Use on-the-spot processing with our automatic settings and a notebook computer.
Mk1: GPS Data Collector The optimal choice for low cost professional single frequency (L1) GPS surveying and GIS data collection. Multiple GIS data ports. Use a controller for manual GIS entries and real time position based on Space-Based Augmentation Systems (SBAS), including (WAAS, EGNOS and MSAS).

Mk2: Similar to the Mk1 but also can yield real time DGPS positioning using the widely available and free Differential corrections Radio beacons broadcasted by for example the US coastguard. A highly versatile tool for the collection of GPS data and georeferenced GIS data in professional surveying.

Toughman: A compact geodetic accuracy dual frequency (L1/L2) data collector for professional Geodesy, Cadastral surveys and GIS applications. Can also be configured for machine guidance.

Monitor: A multi-purpose GPS receiver for remote- and machine control applications.   Mk2: A highly versatile tool for the collection of georeferenced GIS data and professional GPS surveying. Stored inside the receiver, your data is secure and can be postpossessed for enhanced accuracy or to handle difficult conditions. Great when DGPS suffices most of the time.

antennas

Gutec QDG_L1AR12, is a L1 only antenna version with similar low weight and high performance as the Gutec-QDGL1L2AR.   Gutec QDGL1L2AR, is a high performance L1/L2 antenna developed as the optimum match to the DGRx receiver.

Top performance and weighing in at just over half a pound or a mere 240 gram, they are great examples of DataGrid's philosophy of offering the lightest components available and the antenna is where weight counts the most. As always, a result of high tech design with no compromise top performance. Calibration data by  Geo++ can be found in the GNPCVDB database.
